We started Roster because one person shouldn’t have to run a giving program for 60,000 caregivers.
In nearly every health system we speak with, the story is the same. One person is responsible for employee giving across dozens of hospitals and thousands of caregivers. They travel between sites, host events, coordinate ambassadors, juggle multiple payroll systems, and move spreadsheets every pay period.
Despite all that effort, participation often stays around 8–10%, far from the 50–70% that the strongest programs achieve.
Roster exists for this reality. We support foundation teams who are doing everything manually today and know their potential to engage employees and grow impact is much bigger.
